How to Become a Member and Gain Access to POP

Practitioners

Practitioners must provide Pure Health Direct with a valid Professional Association Number to gain access to these products.

Consumers

You may gain access to POP in two ways:

1. You must be linked by Pure Health Direct to a Health Care Practitioner. This is a free service; or
2. You must provide a valid script from a Health Care Practitioner.

If you choose to be linked to a practitioner, Pure Health Direct provides:

• you with information about practitioners in your area who are Pure Health Direct members; and
• your contact information to the Practitioner with whom you select to be linked.

Purchasing product does not require an office visit. Pure Health Direct is not responsible for the actions of any Health Care Practitioner.
