Pure Health Direct endeavours to ship orders the same day they are received. During busy periods orders may not ship until the following business day.
Delivery times for your merchandise will vary depending upon your location. Typical delivery times are between 1 to 7 business days from receipt of your order to most destinations. We use the services of Express Courier International (2-4 working days) or Air Mail (4-10 working days) for all deliveries.
All orders require the recipient's signature. Please provide a daytime delivery address where you will be able to sign for the parcel. This may be a business address at your place of employment. If you are unable to sign for your parcel, a card will be left by the person delivering the parcel. You are then responsible for collecting your parcel from a location near you.

All customs fees and regulations are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Freight And Handling Costs
Freight and handling on all orders over $250.00 is FREE. Otherwise Freight and Handling on orders up to 3kg are charged at a flat rate of $10.00.
Parcels over 3kg are subject to an increased freight charge. Large and/or bulky orders will be charged at a higher freight cost relative to its weight. This will be calculated automatically at checkout.
If you are not quoted a shipping charge at the time of your order, we will contact you prior to charging your credit card and advise you of the total cost of the order, including shipping. |
