Pure Health Direct distributes natural products with one aim in mind: your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a complete refund or exchange. The following conditions apply:
Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. When returning more than one package of the same item they must be factory sealed to qualify for a refund.
All returns must be pre-authorized. Prior to returning any merchandise please contact us either by:
Returns without a return authorization will not be issued either a refund or an exchange.
SHIPPING FEES. If your original purchase qualified for FREE shipping and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you are responsible for paying any shipping and handling costs that we incurred to ship the product(s) to you.
Unopened or opened products may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. All items must be in their original packaging. Products are shipped back to Pure Health Direct at the customers' expense.
All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.
ABSOLUTELY no returns after 30 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.
Damaged Merchandise
You must notify us immediately if any product received is either damaged or defective. We will immediately replace any damaged or defective merchandise and a "Return Label" will be enclosed for the defective items to be returned back to us.
If you wish to return any damaged or defective merchandise for a full refund, you must do so within 30 days. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned products.
